change row color based on text

Using Excel 2007.

How can I make a row change the color of either background or bolding of text based on the Text in a Column?

If Column (F) has text that is "Random" background color = Red
If Column (F) has text that is "Testing" text color = red
If Column (F) has text that is "Non" text is Bold and color blue...

Any ideas? I want this in a Macro/VBA.
