Text to columns to Array

I would like my text to columns data to go into an array to be manipulated later instead of being put into a worksheet. The data is delimited by a pipe ( sports|news|living ) and the code I have so far is:

I can't figure out how to get the Desitation to be an array. I have programmed for the web before but never in vba. I will have to creat various diffent arrays (two for subject, two for audience, etc.)

Any ideas?
