    Avoid Application.ScreenUpdate=false/true in every Macro

I'm using Application.ScreenUpdate=false/true as well as Application.DisplayAlerts=true/false code in every macro within my workbook.

I've added a menu as well and would like some sort of event code so as, when click on any option of the menu, the code above is run without having to write it at the beginning/end of every macro. Is this possible?

    Many thanks

    Hi,

What's the menu? Is it a userform or just cells on a sheet?

You can set up a Procedure to hide/unhide, but it would still need calling each time

Thanks Roy, it can be a good idea if run the macros through hidden sheets but then my concern is whether is possible to paste special values without select method, thanks
