Find, Cut, and Paste Program

Hey Guys,

I've asked around and searched on Google for a while and I've been told that what I want to do can't be done using Macros alone and I need some Basic as well. I have no prior experience with this and searching on the Internet has been giving me some confusing information. Frankly, I'm sick of wasting all my time so I hope someone can give me some help with this.

I have many pages of data to deal with. I need to be able get certain rows of this data into a new worksheet depending on the last column of data. Most of the cells in this column have 0's, but spaced throughout the data are some series of five cells of 1's in a row (in that column there are five 1's in a row). I need the 5 rows of 0's before the ones, the 5 rows of 1's, and the 5 rows of 0's after the ones as well on the next worksheet, including all the other columns as well. In other words, the only data I need to see from the whole page of data I'm looking at are the five rows before the 1's, the five rows with 1's in them, and the five rows with 0's after the rows of 1's. How could I go about programming this macro? I know there are easy ways to program cells to be cut and paste, but I'm at a loss when it comes to finding specific things and then using cut and paste with that since the 1's are never in the exact same cells. Really, ANY help you can give me would be appreciative. I desperately need help on this one.
