Insert/delete column based on cell value

I dit ask earlier a qestion about inserting and deleting columns by using VBA. But now i chanced my question a bit.

My problem is this:

The number that is in C2 is the 1st amout of columns that needed to be insert
The number that is in C3 is the 2dn amout of columns that needed to be insert
The number that is in C4 is the 3dn amout of columns that needed to be insert
