Thumbs up Macro to discard rows with a specific non-colored cell

Hi! I'm a newbee and I'm looking for a way to simplify following operation:

I have an Excellist of about 6000 articles in a single worksheet spreading over several columns. On the column B, the background color of some cells were filled with yellow in order to indicate that I should spare these rows, whereas the rows whose cells in the columns B are blank can be discarded.

How can I carry out this work with a macro?

Thanks for your greatly appreciated support!

    If they really are blank:

Yes, if they really are blank... but as you assumed, all cells do contain data, whether their background color is blank or yellow is the only difference and the criteri to build in...

To be clear, do you want every row deleted if col B is any colour other than yellow, regardless of contents?

Try this. I have assumed that column A defines the extent of your data.
