    creating a contractor purchase order

    I have 2 different excel files I have been messing with. The one with drop downs is one I have been testing but can't get to work correctly. When I select items on the drop down, sometimes it doesn't fill in the pricing and other details. The file without the drop down is what I am currently using to create purchase orders for my contractors. What I would like is to create one like the one I currently use but have drop downs. Example would be you select a drop down for which room ex. kitchen, then it automatically inserts a cell that you can select a drop down for item such as sink. It would keep inserting rows with drop downs until I selected a different room. Once all completed you could select an export button to export all of the part numbers to another sheet to send to the home inprovement store for order. I don't really have a bunch of time or knowledge to make this work and I'm sure someone that does could create this quick. I would be willing to pay for the product if it was reasonable.
