Programme - Need Help.

Dear Friends.

Season Greetings.

I'm Heading a HR Department in a leading garment company at Coimbatore. I wanna create the in & out record for 1250 employees. My company is working 24 x 7 (3 Shifts). I want to give the employees a weekly off for the every seventh day. I used to give it manually. Can anyone help me to write a programme for this???

The pattern of shift will be changed in every week. No one will continue in the same shift fir the next week. For Eg. if a person reporting in the first and he will not be given same shift next week. Please help me.

Dear Sirs,

My please accept my heart felt apologies. I didn't gone through the forum rules. I do go through and adhere the rules strictly hereafter. I'm not a master in excel. I want to create a report of in and our movement of employees. I'm attaching the report which I'm using. Please go through and tell me what formula I should apply. I'm extremely sorry for the non compliance of forum rules. An employee will be reporting to duty in a routine manner in all the 3 shifts throughout the month. Please tell me what is the formula that i should apply. The shift schedule will be prepared in the beginning of every month.
