Macro to Look-Up Text in Combo Box

In my excel workbook I currently have a Macro which once pressed Adds a Students name to an input range which then transfers there names into the combo box and makes a new spreadsheet with there name as the title. I was just wondering if any one had the code for when pressing another button e.g Go To the macro would look into what was selected in the combo box then go to the corresponding sheet. I have uploaded the excel sheet if my instructions are bad thanks for reading.
