    Extracting data from a database

Attached is a before and after of how I'd like my spreadsheet to look if this is possible?

The before database has EXTRA data that was not previously in the old database. Notice 12 new columns AC through AN.

First things first- When I hit the START button WITH this new data in the sheet, I get a run time error message that say- Run time error. Unable to get the small property of the worksheet function class. ??

With this extra data in the database, I'd like to be able to extract this new information from certain fields and make a header on top of each race. See the "After" for a visual.

Looking at the data in the fields and looking at the "After" file we see...

    Track: line 3-A
    Race: line 4-A
    Dist: line 3-D
    Surf: line 4-D
    Purse: line 3-I
C line 4-I - Notice that there is not a name for this, it just extracts the data to that line
1- 3-S ... no name, just extract data
2- 3-T ... no name, just extract data
L- 3-U... no name, just extract data
S- 3V... no name, just extract data

Date- 3-AA no name just extract data
Time- 4AA no name just extract data

For some reason these two last lines are off center when I typed them?

    Color light yellow
    Underline
    Italic

I appreciate all of the help I've gotten in the last few days. I certainly couldn't have gotten this far with my skill set at the present time. I'm learning as I go as I hope other are that are wanting to learn this language.

Thanks for taking a look and if there are any question just let me know?
