Copy and Paste Loop based on corresponding value in another column

I am trying to create a copy and paste loop based on the data.

The data I want to copy and paste is in Column A and in Column B is the corresponding number of times I would like it to be pasted.

I have included an example of what I working with.

If someone can help, I have hit a road block and don't know how to proceed
