Separating text using keyword in a cell

Hi I have the following text in A1 (breaks included)

"Participants: SeniorBridge Family Companies, Inc. (Investor / Buyer)

    Pre-Deal Situation: -

Deal Resolution: SeniorBridge completed the acquisition of Senior Care Consulting on December 22, 2009.
    "

I would like a formula that can take this text which is in A1 and only shows me the text after "Deal Resolution: "

    So it would read.

SeniorBridge completed the acquisition of Senior Care Consulting on December 22, 2009.

    Try:

    =MID(A1,SEARCH("Deal Resolution: ",A1)+17,255)
Where there is a will there are many ways.
