Macro using Vlookup

I've tried to make the following search function using vlookup work but I can't seem to figure where I went wrong. When clicked on "search" button on frmMain it should the box should look for item that corresponds to client name which is listed on E. It should then display the values of column I and column J to the corresponding client. Cell Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.
