Streamline .csv export

Hello,

I am very green with using VBA and haven't taken a stab at this yet. (not sure where to start really.) I attached the source file and one example of the output needed.

The file contains two sets of 5 columns that need to be converted to a csv file for each day of the week.

Here are the details
Columns B through F and I through M
So the first range would be B4:F291 based on DayofWeek =1

If someone can start me out on that I can try finishing the rest.
Let me know what is possible or if additional detail is needed and thanks!
