Auto copy and sort data from one sheet to another?

Happy Xmas all,

Help needed! I am trying to make a Macro, Formula, to copy all non blank data from 1 sheet.. sort A-Z... and remove dupicates to a seperate sheet. I also would like the list to constantly update, so if i add data to sheet 1 it copys to sheet 2.
