Transpose data once cell at a time

I'm working with Excel 2003 and running into what seems to be a memory problem as I try to transpose a large data range. After performing the Transpose function properly, Excel shuts down and tries to recover the document. I've tried transposing row by row with the same result.

What is some VB code that can perform the transpose function on one cell, possibly paste special - values that result, and then go to the next cell? Or is there a better way?

Small dummy data sheet provided but the actual range is A1:IK14 in reality.
