Name an active cell

Hello

I would like to be able to name a selected (active) cell in a workbook without having to give the cell reference. This is because the active cell will change depending on previous actions.

e.g

ActiveWorkbook.Names.Add Name:="user", RefersTo.....

I know I need to have something after "RefersTo" but I don't know what.
