I have a list of Names and Start dates and Birthdates, I would like to know if it is possible to have a email automatically sent as a reminder that it is either a birthdate or workdate anniversary, so I remember to say something to the employee?

As you're talking about employees and you are using Excel, I suspect you may also have Outlook. If that's the case, it would probably be simpler to use that.
Alternatively, most mobile phones these days have a reminder mechanism.
If you definitely want to use Excel, it's do-able in VBA but you'd have to open the spreadsheet every day for it to run its checks and send the reminder email(s).
Have a look at Ron de Bruin's web site for approaches using email from Excel.

Yes, I do use outlook, but I have over 500 employees and a Large turnover rate, it would be very time consuming to make these changes as they occured in every instance I need.I suspect you may also have Outlook
I have one Huge reference sheet that is updated instantly on changes, and these changes are the source for other userforms and data sheet. It is no issue to have this sheet open everyday, as I am sure I could come up with a Macro to make that happen, but to specifically do it so I would remember a task that I am looking for a solution to is kind of self-defeating.
I looked up the references that you provided, and I want to thank you for posting those links, as I have found some good threads, that may provide solutions to other issues.
Hello 00Able,
If you are running this on your own machine, you can use a SelfCert to overcome the problems with the macro security. Any Office program that is signed with a SelfCert will be automatically trusted and not bring up the macro security dialog.
Sincerely,
Leith Ross
