Isolate values, sort and highlight

Hi all, need some help. I am trying to record a macro that will help me isolate (by deleting all instances that don't match the condition), delete these instances (in this case I need to have rows where the instance is "Maybe" deleted. Leaving only the desired values of "Yes" or "No". From the remaining values, the values in the row need to be highlighted different colors. Let's say..."yes" = Yellow "no" ="red"

Tab 1 is my raw data. Tab 2 is the desired result.

I would greatly appreciate any assistance on this pls...been racking my brain trying to edit a previously recorded macro.
