Finding Leap Year between 2 dates

I need a one cell formula that will find February 29th in a date range regardless of the length of the range. Response can be true/false or yes/no.

Examples Cell1=12-15-11 to Cell2=3-04-12 - answer should be True or Yes.
Cell1=4-07-11 to Cell2=1-22-12 - answer should be False or No.

    Thanks

    Try

    =SUMPRODUCT(--(TEXT(ROW(INDIRECT(A1&":"&A2)),"ddmm")="2902"))>0
