Macro to look for 'similar' duplicates and unique items and list them

Hello,
I included a dummy workbook but I need a macro that will look through a text list with associated numerical values and then list the items that have similar entries so that I can more easily sum up the values for the same jobs. For example, in the workbook that's included there is a week 1 cal facility job, a week 2 cal facility job, and so on and I just want to basically filter through the list for entries that have similar words and then list them. I know I could do autofilter or advanced filtering, but I thought maybe a macro would be faster. See wkbk for more understanding. Thnx.
