Help locking group boxes so they don't move but buttons inside still work

So I've finished the electronic SSQ I've been creating and with all the help from you guys on here it turned out great. I was polishing everything up and I just can't seem to get my group boxes to lock correctly. The user needs to be able to select one of the radio buttons in the box of course but even when I set the group boxes to Locked and protect the sheet you're still able to right click and move them around. Anyone know a way to force the group boxes I have in place to stay in position? Another issue I came across was with trying to lock/protect the sheet it disabled certain macros as well. Any help would be appreciated.

The groups in question are on rows 5-32, spanned across BCDE if anyway wants to look at the sheet I've attached.

Also I recorded a macro to de-select all the choices made for when a new SSQ is beginning through the use of the Hide Participant's Info button on the SSQ Data Entry sheet, but the final radio button is still in an edit mode after it de-selects them all, any idea how to change this or what I'm missing from my code so that it's blank and unselected like the other buttons?
