Please bare with me, as I'm brand new to the forum.
I have a small diet/nutrition application with a dozen or so VBA subroutines to copy, sort, and add information, spawned by buttons on only 3 sheets. I wrote it using Excel2003 on an Windows XP desktop. That machine got retired, and I moved the application over to my new VISTA laptop, running Office 2007 Home/Student. That was a year or so ago. I finally got the application running, and everything is functional, however, it takes 2-3 minutes to load.
I have reviewed the VBA code and made sure everything was declared, etc. Now I'm wondering just what the "problem" is that takes so long to load. Is it the VBA code or the button/forms?
I admit, I'm not a real VBA programmer, but used the LEARN function to educate myself to see how things were coded - but that was under 2003. I know things have changed some.
Perhaps you might point me in some general direction to continue my education. Thanks
