Why do I get "Document Not Saved" error?

I maintain a fairly sophisticated spreadsheed that I update from time to time and distribute to several people. My most recent update has created a problem. My user has recieved my update and and tried to save it. He gets the error: "Document Not Saved". That's it, just this error. He can't save the sheet. Any help would be appreciated. One other item. When I ask his to right-click a tab to View Code, he gets several .dll errors before he gets to the VB screen.

In Excel if they go to Help...About Microsoft Office Excel...Disabled Items is anything listed?

Use code tags when posting your VBA code:
Your code here
