Updating the worksheet content using Userform

Pls find the attached sheet.

I have created to buttons. One for New Contact and Second one for Update. I have done macros for New Contact addition in Database sheet. It is working nice. Now I want to update the already existing data in the 'databank' sheet using update form. I dont know how to write macros for that. Can anyone help me out?

You don't really need two forms. See the DatabaseForm example
