Vlookup Multiple Values if more than 1 insert new row

    Hi

I was hoping someone could possible assist

I have a Sheet called Master, and in this sheet I have Column A with various Room Numbers in them and additional information and Dates of the rooms that were occupied
ie (ones represent the day the people stayed in the room)
    A B C D E
Room No Name & Surname Category 1 Dec 2 Dec 3 Dec
    A1 John Doe A 1 1
    A1 Sarah Jane Mang 1
    A2 Frank Sinatra Eng 1
    A2 John Doe Mat 1

in an additional sheet I have a summary of all the data accumulated in Sheet Master
    ie Total per Category
    Total Per Room etc etc.

    Room No FirstName Surname Cat
    A1
    A2
    A3
    A4

Currently I have several records for room A1 and my vlookup only recalls the first entry for example room A1.

Is it possibly for my lookup to look for corresponding record, and if there a duplicate place it in a new record under the first entry it found ie John Doe

So in my summary i will have
    A1 John Doe
    A1 Sarah Jane

I know this seems like duplicate work and why just don't enter it in the sheet directly, but more complicated than that,

So Can a vlookup enter a new row - it will never be a duplicate, the date will always differ or the persons name..

Thank you very much in advance for any help
