Data search from a text file

Dear Moderators,
I have a question in my mind as follows: -
1) Create a user form with 2 textboxes, 1 list box & 2 commandbuttons
2) In Textbox1 entering desc
3) Press cummandbutton1
4) In listbox1 the result should display from textfile all the records containing desc as below

Descri
Descrip
like that
is it possible?
