Auto Updating the Autoshapes

Hey Guys,

I have got a project plan with me in Excel (Sheet 1) prepared with help of Autoshapes(Rectangles & Lines)

My problem is i have to update the project plan on week basis with numbers in same workbook (sheet 2).

I there any way, where i could add a button saying "Refresh Data" which will result in the auto update of Rectangle boxes in sheet 1.

Pls help me as i have to waste 3-4 Hrs a Week just to update the numbers in projectplan.

Attached is the my project plan, pls note i have removed the some of ROWS.
