Formulas, multiple criteria based on date in other cells

I've had some great help on here with the attached worksheet. Unfortunately, I have been asked to change the criteria.

In the sheet I have dates in column G. Column M adds 28 days to this to become the 'due date'. The color currently changes to yellow or red if overdue by 28/56 days.

I now need it to rely on column J also and need the following.

If J3 = 'H' then color M3 Red and add word 'immediate'

If J3 = 'M' then color M3 Amber and display a date that is 7 days from G3. Also, change color in M3 to red if 7 days have passed since G3.

If J3 = 'L' then color M3 Yellow and display a date that is 28 days from G3. Also, change color in M3 to red if 28 days have passed since G3.

Oh, just watched a you tube presentation and discovered the logical funtion in the ribbon! Got my dates to update as I wish, now for conditional formatting for colours. I'll let you know how I get on.
