How to find duplicate rows where columns contain data of different types

I have an Excel file to register absences of employees, sometimes the information about absence days is duplicated. Therefore in case I enter a new row with a name AND date that already has been registered I want it to highlight that row.

Column A - Name
Column B - Date

If the name and date were already registered at some point I would like to highligh this.

Could you please advise?
