Vlookup and Append

Hi all,
Is there a way to run a vlookup then filter the data i require - and then append it to a new workbook. I would like to do this all in one macro if possible. I currently do it manually and it can take me upto 10 minutes to complete.

The vlookup just looks for codes that relate to me.
All of the data on each row will be required to be copy and pasted across. (No Format Necessary)
