Removing the Maximize Button (Excel 2007)

How can i get rid of the maximize button in the upper right corner of the form? (see attached)

Research in other parts of the web say the code below should work, but I must not be inserting it properly. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Note: "EXCELSHEET_TEST" obviously needs to be replaced with te name of my worksheet. The first worksheet's name is 0703, but in the visual basic screen it is Sheet1 (0703). Which name would I use, assuming the code below will work at all?

Updated: I have changed what I want to do with my form, so this question is moot. Thank you anyway :-)
