    number value programming

    I am trying to program my excel worksheet to allow for a number to return a particular value..
    Here is the example...
    SALES NEEDED
    0-100 3
    101-145 4
    146-220 5
    221-295 6
    296-371 7
    372-451 8
    452-541 9
    542-640 10
    641-741 11
    742-850 12
    851-950 13
    951 & UP 14
    How do I get a value say 136 to return the number of 4?
