selecting specific rows based on condition

I have a set of data in sheet1.
What I want to do is detect the word “Node Library” in column A and once detected select all the empty rows below the cell that contains “Node Library”, and stop selection once a cell in column A is filled with content is detected
Then lastly delete all the selected rows
I have inserted images to illustrate what i want to do clearly:
    Step 1:

    step 2:

    step 3:
    delete the selected rows

I have attached a sample worksheet containing sheet1 consist the data that need to edit.
Sheet2 shows how the final outcome looks like.
