    Copy and paste IF Statement?

    I have two worksheets, 1st worksheet has a column the the contact name, and a column with the company name and the 2nd worksheet has a column with the company name, and a column with the phone number... Is there an IF Statement for copy and pasting? For example, if the company name is "this", copy this cell (phone number) into this cell (different worksheet)?
