Distribution List on Active directory

Hello,
I got help on this forum before when i seek help on extracting members of groups on active directory.
I would like to ask for more assistance as this time around i want to extract members of distribution list on exchange.

Hoping someone could help. I have attached an excel sheet of how I basically wants it to look like.
