COUNTIFS alternative

Hi All

I have the following formula that i need to adapt to older versions of excel. I believe it should be sumproduct I am using but struggling to get it right. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You are right... Use SUMPRODUCT:

=SUMPRODUCT(--($A$3:$A$33=$B39),--(E$3:E$33>0))
