Timers

I need to implement multiple Timers in my VBA app, what is the best way to do this?

Also, I have a VBA app that I developed on Win XP and the IETimer shows up in the additional controls toolbox but on Windows 7 and Office 2007 enterprise, the control only shows up in references and not as a control.
