Hi all, This is my first excel post anywhere on the internet, I've always been able to find any solutions I need via searching but I think i've met my match with this one as it's a little specific so I hope you can help.

Looking at the example below, whichever user I select from the user drop down, I want the next cell over to populate with that users department, i.e if I select paul in A2, I want B2 to display packing.

Also, what I want is the email section at the end to be a button, that when clicked, automatically takes data from the previous cells and inputs them into a template and emails to whichever user is selected in the users tab. I.e Paul has had a fingers issue, to update him with some information i've typed in automatically, i hit the email button and my template is sent off to paul informing him to use glue.
