Cancel button on form deletes text and needs clicking twice

Hi all,

I have a userform in my project with a MultiLine TextBox and cancel button (Cancel property set to True). When clicking this button I have this code:

I have several projects with the same functionality but on this one, when I click the Cancel button it clears all the text that is in the text box (on the first click) and when I click cancel again it actually unloads the form.

Has anyone seen this before and can help?

I can't see why that code doesn't just close the form

no me neither, should be simple. Ive attached a copy of the sheet (It is just a test sheet I am making to allow people to add comments to protected cells...)

ahh yes, I see where I've gone wrong. Loading the frmComments twice - what did I expect to happen!?!

thanks very much for pointing that out and for the tidier coding, much appreciated.
