Copy entire row to a another sheet if a column value = X

Hi, can anyone help me figure out a macro that allows me to automatically copy a row or rows if cell value in column W is "x" and transfer or copy it to another sheet. I attached my excel file. Please, can anyone help me with this. I've been reading other threads which might be related to this but I just gave up after hours and hours of trial and error.

Also, is it possible to copy or transfer the rows to another sheet with shipping dates (Column P) if the dates are 2 days before today or equal to the date today. If not, is it also possible to highlight the rows which have shipping dates(column P) that have dates that are today.

Help would be very much appreciated.

Try the AutoFilter
Select A1, then select the data menu, filter, goto column W and hit the down arrow, make sure only the X is selected. Copy and paste the filtered range to the other sheet.
