Initial If of If ElseIf statement not triggering

Hi,

I have a For Next loop checking for conditions within cells using an If ElseIf statement.

For some reason, the initial If condition, though the variables being tested are correct as I check it in break mode, will not trigger the execution of the next statements.

I checked all my data types etc & as I said, the variables' values are correct.

Does anyone have an idea why the following statements would not be executed?
