Drop Down List with Conditioning/Validation

Hi all , my boss askes me to create a form for addition and deletion of users from a system. I can do the drop list but not the validation part, hence I need some help fr kind souls. This is an example of the requirements.

Column A: 3 types of user groups 1)APAC 2)ED 3)POP (DROP DOWN LIST)


Column B:

If 1)APAC is selected in Column A, display 3 choices 1)Creator 2)Inquirer 3)Verifier (DROP DOWN LIST) in Column B


If 2)ED is selected in Column A, display 2 choices 1)Creator 2)Verifier (DROP DOWN LIST in Column B


If 3)POP is selected in Column A, display 1)Inquirer 2)Security Administrator (DROP DOWN LIST in Column B

in column B, validate the cell as list, choose the data range to be, may be Range(ax1:ax3)
if column A cell = 1) ax1= creator, ax2=inquirer, ax3= verifier
if column A cell =2) ax1=.............ax2=..........ax3=........
if column a cell = 3)..............................
