how to compare multiple values and give error

    Hi

Attached the example .xls and text file.
.xls is having some numbers in A column and text file is also having some numbers. I would like to look for the text file values in A column of excel sheet and display error message if any text file value is missing in A column.

Error message would be like "205 and 310" are missing in excel sheet.

    Can anybody help?

    Hello Krish,

This macro will do what you asked. I added the macro to copy of your workbook, but at this time I can not upload any files through the Forum. You will need to copy this code and paste it into a standard VBA module. You can add a button to "Sheet1" to call the macro.

    Remember To Do the Following....

    1. Use code tags. Place
before the first line of code and
after the last line of code.
