Need help in comparing two sheets based on a column value and retrieve row values

hi,

I have two sheets ,on one i have two columns (student name , Roll no) and other one has again two columns (Student name, scores). My requirement is i need to compare the name column on both the sheet ,whenever there is a match, i want to retrieve the corresponding row value under scores column from sheet 1 and put it in second sheet under scores column. when there s a second match found, i want that to be added onto existing value on the second sheet with a comma.
