Compare Data from 2 sheets and paste absent data on third sheet

I have been searching all over the place for a way to do this.

I have data on sheet1

place time
home morning
school afternoon

data on sheet2

place time
home morning
school afternoon
office night

After running a macro, sheet3 should be able to display

place time
office night

Above is an example I am trying to work out. My data itself consist of a few hundred rows.

you can try this macro .
1. there are no blank rows or columns within the data range
2. this macro finds the missing data which are available in sheet 2 and not sheet1
3. this macro does NOT find the data which is available in sheet1 but not available in sheet2

in case of change in condition 3 the macro has to be modified.
