Export Excel Form Data to Text File

I have a form I made in excel that I use to capture information, a bit like a report card from school. The form captures 35 pieces of information and each field, as you would possibly expect, has a title beside it.

I need to be able to run a macro that exports the field titles and the data (numbers, text and dates) into a custom .txt file.

Example of data captured by form...

Author: Ben Rob Date: 10/09/10 Overall Rating: C

Position: Managing Director Time in Role: 36 months

I want to be able to take all of the titles and field data to a .txt file and put them in a specific order rather than how they present on the data capture form. Each field and title needs to be on its own line and there will be breaks between some of the lines, to show groups of data. Like:

    Author: Ben Rob
    Date: 10/09/10
    Position: Managing Director

    Time in Role: 36 months
    Overall Rating: C

Need to file to export and then provide an option for where you want to save it - rather than saving it automatically to a location.

    Anyone able to help?

post a workbook. It will be much more helpful than free text in the forum post.
