Macro To Count Data In Particular Row

Hello Friends

Needed a QUICK HELP, I have an excel file where the headings are on the coulmn A. For Eg A1= NAME,A2=Transaction Type,A3=Amount etc. What i want is a macro to count the number of columns used to the right and the count of each name repeated how many time.

I have heading on the Column A, So A1,A2 A3.... are all headings.I want to work only with the row 1.A1 has heading 'Agent Name'. Then B1,C, D1,E1.... etc has the names of Agents.I want to use a macro to find out how many times each name is repeated and a total count of names in row one. Unfortunately i wont be able to upload a file now. But I have tried my best to explain the situation. I also have a code written like this, but it counts empty cells also.
