macro that will go to a specific webpage,copy and paste

Hi,

I am looking for what I believe is a simple short macro that will go to a specific webpage, copy the contents from records 1 through 50 and paste it into a spreasheet. It would then go back to the same webpage somehow "press": the next button that would advance it to the next page that would contain records 51 through 100. Again, it would paste it directly below record 50. It would continue looping through this until it encountered the end of the file. The webpage in question is:

http://contests.covers.com/sportscon...iddenSportID=0

Any help would be appreciated.
