Yes, that does work great. I tried making pivot table out of the data before and I was unsuccessful, I am using Excel 2007. I have tried to re-create what you have but have had no luck dupilcating this. I am going to try in Excel 2003 and go from there. I did paste all my rows of data into your pivot table and yes, I get the results I am looking for.
